I set my intention and my healing prayers to bring the highest good and greatest ease for you.  I use techniques from many traditions to bring about a beneficial outcome with each session.  You will be lying in a comfortable position with soft lighting and music.  The session is done by laying hands gently on or just above the body.  You may experience sensations of heat, cold, or tingling.  Most people experience deep relaxation, some experience deep emotional release.  I may use breathing techniques, guided imagery, toning or drumming.  The goal is to open up your own natural healing energies and boost them to achieve wellness.

Before each session, we set an intention to straighten energy lines and peel off layers to be lighter and brighter for everyone's highest good.  This helps to release stuck energy from old wounds, physical, spiritual and emotional.  This recharges, rewires and balances the entire system.  In a session, I am intuitively guided to use many different energy modalities, essential oils, stones, sounds, sacred geometry. CranioSacral Therapy offers an effective soft touch approach to help the body self-correct and heal.  The stresses of old trauma are often stored in the body as "tissue memories" long forgotten by the conscious mind yet causing interference in normal functioning.  We locate the part of the body that is holding the results of emotional or physical trauma.  With physical, energetic and verbal support, the client is empowered to identity the root of the problem and find a positive solution.  These restrictions are easily released, allowing the body's own inherent wisdom to reestablish natural healthy functioning.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese work meaning universal life energy.

One of the greatest healing benefits is stress reduction and relaxation. Since everything is energy, all healing involves energy.  When there is illness in the body, mind or emotions, Reiki can address those issues.  Improving the flow of energy supports self-healing of the body.  Due to negative beliefs, imbalances are created which can cause physical problems, stress and disease.  Energy healing will address the root cause of disease.  Reiki can help to release these blockages.

When energy flow is disrupted, weakened or blocked, emotional or health problems tend to occur. Imbalances can be caused from many situations: emotional or physical trauma, injury, negative thoughts and feelings, including fear, worry, doubt, anger, anxiety, negative self-talk, toxicity, nutritional depletion.

The session can last from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. The client will lie on a table fully clothed.

Still and focused the practitioner will simply place her hands above your head, shoulders, stomach, back and limbs.
